Useful information and general conditions of the Anzi Ski School – Bormio.

General conditions

The sports hour is 50 minutes.
Payment for all services is made in advance; only the delivery of the booking slip to the teacher allows you to attend the lesson or course.
Lessons are not refundable, any delays or absences will not be made up; interruptions due to illness or injury will be reimbursed exclusively upon presentation of a medical certificate.
The prices of the lessons do not include accident insurance, therefore it is advisable to integrate it when purchasing the ski pass.
Lessons and courses take place regularly in all weather conditions; in the remote event in which the meteorological situation prevents the opening of the ski lifts, the recovery or reimbursement of the lessons not used can be agreed upon.
Group courses cannot be converted into private lessons; failure to participate in the course for one or more days does not give the right to refunds with the exception of the presentation of the medical certificate.
It is advisable to have the equipment in perfect working order; the use of a helmet is mandatory for minors under 18 years of age.
Ski passes and equipment are not included and must be obtained before the start of lessons.

Privacy

Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 relating to the Protection of Data of Natural Persons, we inform you that your data is processed by “Scuola Sci Anzi ski team”, Data Controller, according to the methods established by European legislation and exclusively by authorized personnel and adequately trained.
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will under no circumstances and for any reason be transferred to third parties. Ski School Anzi ski team guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 06.30.03.
The data controller is Scuola Sci Anzi ski team, lo. Ciuk 10, Valdisotto 23030 (SO).

Booking methods

Lessons and courses can be booked via online booking with advance payment by credit card. The ski school reserves the right to suspend the sale of online courses and lessons in the event of overbooking.
Lessons and courses can also be booked by telephone or email.
The name indicated in the booking must also be specified in the reason for payment in the online booking personalized payment notes.

General conditions of online sales

By placing an order from online booking on the website www.scuola-sci-bormio.com the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions below transcribed. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Purchase methods

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the system through a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will report the service purchased and the features chosen during the purchase phase. It is the Customer’s responsibility to register with the correct data and keep these data updated using the access credentials.

Online payment methods

The purchase of lesson hours is foreseen by payment by credit card. The card transaction takes place through Axepta spa’s Virtual Pos service, via the pHey! ; at no time during the purchase procedure is the electronic system of the e-commerce portal and no member of the staff able to know the Customer’s credit card number, which is provided by the Customer to the Secure Server of the Credit Institute on a protected and encrypted internet connection according to current standards of the online payment market.
The total balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking.
We accept payments by bank transfer and all cards except Amexco and Diners.
Currency: All amounts displayed on www.scuola-sci-bormio.com are expressed in Euros, which is the reference currency.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract with a penalty depending on when the cancellation occurs.
To exercise this right, the customer must communicate either by phone or email: office@scuola-sci-bormio.com.
Cancellations via email are considered received only after confirmation of receipt and a follow-up email from the office. Cancellation messages sent via SMS/social media/WhatsApp or left on voicemail are not accepted.

At the time of booking confirmation, you will be asked to make a deposit or full payment depending on the reservation.
The total payment for the booking must be made on the first day of the lesson.

1) In the event that the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the date of the lesson, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher equivalent to the expense incurred to be used in the current season or 80% of the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer.

2) If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the service, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher equivalent to the expense incurred to be used in the current season or 70% of the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer.

3) In the event that the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the lesson, the amount of the booked lesson will be lost. However, if there are reservations for lessons in the following days, the amount will be refunded as indicated in point 2.

Applicable law

The sales contract between the Customer and Scuola Sci Anzi is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Sondrio.

Buyer’s obligations

The buyer will have the obligation to present himself with the printout of the purchase order at the agreed meeting point for the lesson.
